How NNRT Helps​

NNRT is a technique that helps you process and heal from traumatic memories, emotions and feelings that you don’t want nor need.  By facilitating your brain’s natural ability to reprocess and reduce the emotional charge associated with debilitating emotions and / or experiences. NNRT involves controlled bilateral movement stimulation, typically through eye movements, which assists in alleviating the distress caused by traumatic events.
